Calcium.Web Project Port Wrong

When you create a new web project the default port is set to 3639.
In the app.config of a default launcher project the port is 11965.
 
These ports should obviously match.
 
Contained within the Calcium.ClientServices.Web.csproj file is <DevelopmentServerPort>3639</DevelopmentServerPort>
